Since natural gemstones were cut to preserve the best of their color, clarity, and weight, they possess inherent variations. No two pieces can be exactly the same. Slight variation in measurements are expected.

Q: How do I care for my Tyche Grace jewelry?
Store your Tyche Grace pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box. Clean carefully with a soft non-abrasive cloth to maintain shine as needed. DO NOT use any abrasive or dip-in cleaner as the harsh chemicals will cause damage to the gemstones/ pearls.

Production time
Ready-to-ship items are in-stock and will be shipped out within a few business days. For all other pieces, it takes 3-4 weeks to be handmade by our artisans. Production starts as soon as the order is placed. Please contact us if you need to expedite your order and we will try our best to accommodate.
